Chouette dreams of continuing her studies in English, French, Math and Science.
Chouette lives in Nyakabanda with her mother, grandmother and younger sister. Her dad was paying her school fees, but one day when she was in 5th grade, he left their family and since then she can no longer afford to go to school.  She found MindLeaps through Antoine, a current MindLeaps student, who brought her to the center. She loves dancing at MindLeaps and in addition, she also dances with a traditional Rwandan Dance company.   She dreams of continuing her studies one day, especially in English, French, Math and Science.
