Djamilla is 16 years old and made it to the 6th grade before dropping out due to poverty. She lives in Nyakabanda with her father and seven siblings. The parents are unable to afford to pay for school fees for all eight children of their children, so Djamilla had to drop out. Djamilla hopes to return to school one day so that she can study her favorite subject: Mathematics!
