Hussein lives at home with his parents and his two sisters. Neither of his parents currently work, but his mom used to work as a street vendor and his dad used to do construction work. Their current unemployment has made paying for school fees a significant challenge, and MindLeaps’ sponsorship has been critically helpful. Hussein’s parents still struggle, however, to provide enough food for their children to eat at home. Hussein loves the MindLeaps program, especially contemporary dance, and is very happy when he gets the chance to play marble games outside with his friends.
