Nadine Mutoni, 18, lives with her mom and 6 siblings in Nyakabanda. Like many MindLeaps students, her family could no longer afford her school fees, and she had to drop out of school after fifth grade. She found out about MindLeaps through another student, Rene.  Her favorite class at MindLeaps is dance class.  One of her teachers commented that she always wins the contest to see who can balance the longest. Nadine is also very generous at helping out at the Center, and helps frequently with the laundry. In the future, she would like to become a wedding decorator to help make people smile on their wedding day.
