12-year-old Philomene really struggled in school before joining MindLeaps. Because the public education system switches from Kinyarwanda to English at P4, Philomene had a difficult time keeping up. She lives with both parents and two siblings at home. Her father is a night guard while her mother does government work with the VUP. Outside of school, Philomene loves playing soccer and jump roping, and loves MindLeaps so much that she is unable to pick just one favorite part!
